I am originally from Rock Hill, South Carolina. I went to Furman University and got a degree in Biology and Philosophy before moving to The University of Colorado, Boulder to get a MA in Philosophy (and cognitive science). I then got a P.h.D in Philosophy, Neuroscience, and Psychology from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. I enjoyed my travels, but I am glad to be back in the south!
