In Memoriam: Lee Shepski
Lee Shepski joined the UT Department of Philosophy in 2008 as an Assistant Professor, after earning his Ph.D. at the University of Arizona. Lee worked in meta-ethics, ethical theory, business ethics and ancient philosophy. He was a valuable and well-liked member of the Department, a smart and thoughtful philosopher and devoted teacher with a very bright future. Tragically, he was killed in an auto accident in August, 2011. While deeply saddened by the loss, the Department is grateful to have had what time it did with Lee. He will be remembered fondly.
